It involves training the mind to be present and focused in what’s important, reducing distractions, and nurturing peace of mind. Through mindfulness practices, such as those that help us pay close attention to our thought patterns and feelings to understand them better, INDA Yoga encourages mental discipline, emotional balance, and self-knowing, so we can connect with the wisdom of our inner guidance.

Body
