Transformation isn't something I do to another person. It is something I help create the conditions for.
My role is to guide people in seeing themselves—and the patterns shaping their lives—with greater clarity, compassion, and awareness so they can make choices that are aligned with who they truly are rather than with old conditioning, unconscious habits, or inherited expectations.
My approach draws from years of interdisciplinary study across life and healthy lifestyle coaching, MindBody Centering therapy yoga, yoga philosophy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, behavior change, yoga psychology, neurology, nutrition, ayurveda, creativity, and contemplative traditions. Rather than relying on a single methodology, I integrate evidence-informed practices with timeless wisdom to support change at the level of mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Because lasting transformation is rarely achieved through insight alone.
Real change happens when we understand how our nervous system responds to life, become aware of unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns, reconnect with the wisdom of the body, and consciously practice new ways of relating to ourselves and the world.
That integrated understanding forms the foundation of my coaching.
Professional Training
My background includes certifications, professional training, and advanced study in:
- Life Coaching
- Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
- MindBody Centering Yoga
- Children's Yoga and Conscious Movement (because the capacity for wonder, play, curiosity, and growth lives within us throughout every stage of life)
- Nutrition & Ayurveda
- Mindfulness and meditation practices
- Yoga philosophy and contemplative traditions
- Behavior change and habit formation
- Somatic and embodied awareness practices
- Holistic wellness education
These disciplines are not separate in my work—they inform one another.
Together, they provide a framework for understanding how thoughts, emotions, beliefs, behaviors, relationships, lifestyle, and physiology continuously influence one another. This whole-person perspective allows me to support clients in creating change that is both meaningful and sustainable.
An Integrative Philosophy
Every person is a complex ecosystem.
Our experiences shape our beliefs. Our beliefs influence our emotions. Our emotions affect our nervous system. Our nervous system impacts our behaviors, relationships, physical health, and perception of reality.
For this reason, transformational coaching cannot simply focus on changing thoughts or setting goals.
Instead, we explore the whole person.
We cultivate awareness of unconscious patterns, reconnect with the body's intelligence, strengthen emotional resilience, clarify personal values, develop healthier habits, and create intentional practices that support lasting change.
This process helps people move beyond surviving on autopilot toward living with greater authenticity, purpose, freedom, and agency.
What Makes My Coaching Different
My coaching combines multiple complementary perspectives rather than relying on a single school of thought.
It is informed by:
- mindfulness and present-moment awareness
- somatic and body-based practices
- neuroscience and habit formation
- positive psychology
- yoga philosophy
- life coaching
- healthy lifestyle coaching
- creativity and self-expression
- values-based decision making
- contemplative inquiry
- nature-based wisdom
Rather than offering formulas or one-size-fits-all solutions, I help clients cultivate the awareness and inner capacities that allow them to become their own most trusted guide.
The ultimate goal is not dependence on a coach.
It is developing the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, discernment, and self-trust to continue developing long after our work together has ended.
A Note About Coaching
INDA's Transformational Life Coaching is a collaborative, educational, and development-oriented process that provides guidance, presence, and holistic support for personal growth, wellbeing, self-discovery, intentional living, and meaningful behavior change. While informed by research in psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and holistic wellness, coaching is not a substitute for medical, including mental, health care. If your needs call for clinical support, I will encourage and help you connect with the appropriate healthcare professionals, and when beneficial, collaborate with them as part of a comprehensive approach to your wellbeing.
